Outdoor living can not be outdone when sitting at the outdoor fireplace or starting a fire in the firepit.
We absolutely LOVED our stay. It was a fantastic space for our family of 3 and would definitely have room for a larger family or group of friends. The decor was bright, colorful, and fun; with the sunshine theme carried throughout. The beds were incredibly comfortable — our 1.5 year old even slept successfully through the night in the “big bed” (bunk bed) thanks to the handy toddler bedrail bumpers provided. We also appreciated the high chair and numerous kid toys & games. They kept our little one very entertained!
The kitchen was fully stocked with quality utensils, cooking gear, and even kids’ dishware. Casey & Angie kindly provided propane for the grill, which worked perfectly, & the backyard was great for relaxing outside.
Last but certainly not least, the home is unbelievably close to Knott’s Berry Farm and Disneyland! It only took us 7 minutes to get to KBF and our little one loved it!
We definitely hope to stay here again. Thank you, Casey & Angie for being wonderful hosts!

Why Guests Love Hello Sunshine
The house is beautiful! Exactly like the pictures, lots of amenities, very clean and organized and our group of 8 was extremely happy here! Lots of room to spread out and really nice backyard! Close to Disneyland and my sons baseball tournament! Next time I need a place down that way I will definitely rent again! Host was extremely accommodating and very pleasant to deal with during our stay. You should definitely book this house you will not be disappointed!

If your looking for a cozy house full of character and charm then Hello Sunshine is the home for you. The living room is so welcoming and my favorite room in the house. My family loved the bonus room and patio the most. This home is 10 minutes from Disneyland which makes it nice. It is also about an hour from some amazing beaches and hiking trails. After our days of exploring it felt so great coming “home”. The neighborhood is quiet, full of parks and walking areas. Casey was a very attentive host during our stay. From the beach cart he left for us to use (that came so handy) To the extra towels, and don’t get me started on the coffee station 💯!

We would like to personally welcome you to Hello Sunshine OC! We are very excited for you to stay in our home and hope you and your family have a wonderful vacation here and enjoy it as much as our family does.
My wife Angie and I will be your hosts and are available to answer questions you have prior to or during your stay at Hello Sunshine OC, but we will leave you alone to relax once you have checked in and are all settled so you can enjoy your vacation.
We are young empty nesters (high school sweethearts who started a family early). Our last two daughters are just leaving home this year and Hello Sunshine is our first big “empty-nester” endeavor. Casey is a professional musician and songwriter and Angie is children’s director for a church in the Santa Ynez valley.
